One of Cayman’s older residential districts situated towards the west of Grand Cayman. With winding tree lined streets and a true island feel, West Bay offers a wide variety of properties ranging from small family homes to executive/luxury homes, condos and land. A new bypass has reduced the drive into town to about 20 minutes during rush-hour but traffic can still be an issue at times.
