About Me:

A Caymanian citizen born in the USA, Quatro moved to Cayman in 1956 with his family who were pioneers in the local hotel business. Educated at the University of Miami returning to establish several food service related businesses. He joined the firm in 2001 and has become especially adept at sales of land and subdivisions. Quatro is best known for his easy-going friendly nature, which makes him a customer favorite. More recently, Quatro has joined with fellow agent James Butterworth to form a dynamic team at Coldwell Banker able to overlap expertise and customer service, giving clients the full service package they need in today’s real estate market. The team covers residential sales (both condos and houses), commercial buildings, and all land dealings (including sub-divisions and land-use consulting). The team’s approach and philosophy is to give the customer prompt, accurate and up-to-date information regarding their property, or their desired property, allowing the customer to make quality-based decision, and have a successful real estate experience.
