Brad initially came to Grand Cayman to help spearhead the sales team of the prestigious new Grand Hyatt Residences having worked on a multitude of high-end projects throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico. With the Grand Hyatt now 80% sold out, he was invited to join RE/MAX Cayman Islands due to his impressive sales experience. Prior to Cayman, Brad worked with Waypoint Resort Real Estate for over a decade collaborating with real estate developers and global luxury resort brands such as St Regis, The Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria, to bring residential condos to market. Brad’s focus included sales training, project-based customer interaction and sales execution on location. Having started his real estate career in the general brokerage industry of Wilmington, North Carolina, Brad quickly found his niche in new construction and larger scale condominium development projects which led him first to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and ultimately to Hammock Beach, Florida to work for Ginn Clubs and Resorts. Brad was repeatedly prized as leading agent of the entire company of over 100 sales executives and sold over $250 million in property during his tenure. Brad loves the Grand Cayman lifestyle which his friends will tell you is perfectly suited to his sunny disposition! One can almost always find Brad in the sea for a morning swim at the crack of dawn, a ritual of daily appreciation for the place that has him calling it his home.
